Adam's Desc

Teacher Dea Jean is a dedicated educator known for affectionate and caring approach. She creates a nurturing environment where students feel valued and supported, fostering a love for learning. Her commitment her students' well-being and growth makes her an inspiring figure in the classroom.

With 16 years of experience as an elementary and kindergarten school teacher, along with 5 months at Butterfly Kisses, she brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her work. Holding a postgraduate degree in Library and Information Science, she is committed to continuous learning in the teaching field. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, listening to mystery and thriller audiobooks or novels, and expressing creativity through diamond painting. She also enjoys deep cleaning and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Her life motto is: "Children are people to be unfolded."

​Teacher Pawan has 4 years of experience in Butterfly Kisses and childcare. She completed her Nursing studies in India before deciding to pursue her passion for education. Inspired by the transformative power of knowledge and the positive impact teachers have on students' lives, she is motivated to make a difference in the classroom every day. Outside of daycare, she loves cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family. She is also eager to further her qualifications and pursue higher positions in the educational field, such as in schools or colleges.

Teacher Anastasiia is a recent addition to our team. She has recently earned her ECE Level 1 certification. Originally from Ukraine, she is currently working on becoming fluent in English. She is kind, sincere, and a great asset to our team.

With a nurturing personality and hands-on approach towards learning, we are thrilled to have Teacher Hazel as a part of our team. Her commitment to childhood education makes her a good Program Director. Teacher Hazel is travelling or spending time with her family if not in the daycare

Teacher Megan is typically the one to open our center. A true early bird, she is always full of giggles and smiles. She has been with Butterfly Kisses for nearly a year and is always eager to lend a helping hand. Her kindness and caring nature make her especially attentive to the youngest group of children

Possessing a contagious enthusiasm, Teacher Shiela is an amazing asset for Butterfly Kisses Early Learning Centre. Her warmth, creativity and drive makes her a great colleague and a perfect fit to the centre.Teacher Shiela has been an integral part of our team for 2 years and 9 months, and she continues to inspire us. She holds a postgraduate degree in Accounting, and although teaching was a new venture for her, her curiosity about new things led her to embrace it. Teaching has since become a fulfilling journey that inspires her to grow. As a dedicated sports mom to three equally talented boys, you can often find her on a basketball court or soccer field, cheering them on with her drum set. She also loves walking around town with her family. If you happen to see her, feel free to wave and shout, "Teacher Shiela!" Her life motto is: "What makes children different makes them beautiful. When we nurture them with love and respect, we will be amazed at the great things they can achieve."

Teacher Anne is committed to helping children explore and learn in a hands-on environment. Nothing brings them more happiness than seeing the growth and evolution of our students. Teacher Annehas been working at Butterfly Kisses for 2 years and brings 18 years of experience in teaching secondary school students. She holds a Master of Arts in Education, majoring in Education Management with a focus on Business Administration. Passionate about working with young children, she thrives on their curiosity and energy. Outside of her work in daycare, she enjoys exploring the beauty of nature. Her life motto is: "Little moments, Big memories."

Teacher Kayla is a dedicated mom, currently pursuing a degree in biology while aspiring to become an occupational therapist. Her passion for learning and helping others is evident both in her studies and her daily life. When she's not working or studying, she treasures spending time with her son, making the most of every moment together. Kayla believes in the power of perspective, living by her life motto: 'everything happens for a reason,' which guides her approach to both challenges and successes.

Teacher Nabila is a native French speaker originally from Morocco and is new to Canada. Back home, she worked as a kindergarten and special needs teacher. Currently, she is a French teacher at a school in Camrose and also dedicates extra hours to working at our daycare.
